• Coordinate complex travel itineraries for business trips and arrange related documentation to business travels including reports and presentations.
• Responsible for safekeeping of all original contracts and archiving of significant documents and maintain accurate manual and automated filling system to maintain records of departmental correspondence, documents and reports for easy retrieval purpose.
• Prepare presentations, excel budget and balance sheets, draft legal documents, prepare and ensure subject folders for each project are up to date.
• Build and maintain a good network of working relationships with hotel Owners, General Managers and Investors and follow up on all correspondences sent to them.
• Translate, edit and proofread any office documents (English- Arabic - English).
