 To act as UNOPS Pakistan focal point for administrative matters, payroll and leave management.
 Developing presentations, note verbal, minutes of meeting and communication material as and when required.
 Providing administrative and planning services for visits of GFATM and UNOPS missions to Pakistan. Also providing travel and logistics support to the country team.
 Maintaining and updating documents and files for the Team Leader
 Facilitate procurement of goods and services including day-to-day procurement.

- Monitoring and Evaluation:
 Assistance to the Team Leader UNOPS-LFA and Program/M & E Specialist in review of reports submitted by Principal Recipients (PRs) of GFATM grant such as
o Progress Updates/Disbursement Requests
o Request for Continued Funding
o Assessment reports on Procurement, Monitoring & Evaluation
o Training Plan
 Assistance in capacity assessment of Principal and Sub-recipients for GFATM grants
 Monitoring and evaluation of GFATM grant portfolio through periodic on-site data verification (OSDV)/ field visits to service delivery points and Rapid Service Quality Assessment (RSQA)
 Financial verification of expenses incurred by the PRs at the time of PUDR review and budge review.
