Training:
• Develop case studies and extra material that can be used within the mission.
• Supervise and Give awareness sessions for workers
• Coordinate with the external consultancies like USAID to held specialized training course.
Grievance:
• Support the design of complaint mechanisms focused on abuses against women and minors and gathering background documentation and carrying out basic legal research to pprovide technical support to investigators.
• Make all necessary investigation for all grievances and try to solve it.
• Prepare all informs and reports for grievances (Monthly and Yearly)
• Prepares investigation documentations, including notifications to managers, terms of reference for preliminary assessments and investigations.
• Preparing agenda for the investigation committee .
Welfare;
• Create a good relationship with the staff and gain their trust, cooperate with the workers' families and explain their situation and try to improve it.
• Look into the problems (social - family - behavioral - psychological) for all workers of various nationalities and prepare plans to treat and resolve all the problems and conflict inside and outside company.
• Study the wrong behavior that comes from another and develop the necessary software to modify it.
• Follow up on all cases of sexual harassment of all kinds and to investigate its causes and to develop radical solutions for the prevention of occurrence as much as possible and inform the General Manager or Compliance Manager for any case of sexual harassment immediately.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all cases and not be disclosed within or outside the company
• Provide technical advice to the heads of departments and senior management on how to develop plans that meet the social needs of workers
• Provide group guidance sessions for all workers (Male and Female), cover various topics: career counseling, family counseling, and social counseling.
• Prepare monthly reports on the work of the welfare and monitor all records to ensure that is fully and clearly documented
• Achievements and put the recommendations for the development of work and submit them to the department head.
• Organize an orientation, counseling and training programs that develops the workers socially and behaviorally, and deliver guidance lectures to the workers discussing their various and general problems.
• Supervise on vocational training in training center for all workers (sewing training)
• Adapt and develop specific trainings to roll out the policies in company, where the action is implemented.
