• Attending a weekly meeting with (US Client) to present a live demo to make sure it meets his expectations.
• Participating in defect triage meeting
• Design test cases high level scenarios
• Perform smoke test per each release
• Review test cases for other colleagues
• Perform API testing using Charles proxy app
• Perform Automation testing using Appvance (AI tool)

• Perform Regression, Functional, and database testing
• Participating in testing planning and standup meeting
• Coordination between other stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions
• Working with development team back-to-back testing
• Reporting Issues using TFS and tracking them till closure

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects according to the SRS
• Reporting Issues using JIRA and tracking them till closure
• Perform Regression testing, End to End Testing, Testing Estimations
• Working in an agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations, and Design) to assure QA coverage.

• Design test case Scenarios.
• Tracking and reporting bugs using TFS and reporting defects to software developers.
• Functional and Regression testing.
