Selling printers, copiers, toner, and paper of an International company through the phone (The company I worked for was one of the authorized concessionaires of the International company in Egypt- there are many because each concessionaire is responsible for a certain area in the country). That includes keeping the data of contacted companies/ sometimes individuals (Owner of a starting business for example) to have an idea about the next step to be done towards each of them, next step may be call customer again after some time, call him on certain date, contact certain person, this customer needs a visit...so on.
The job included also some kind of customer care as some of the customers had problems with some of the products-which were mainly because of misuse of the product or wrong way of storage, or seeking cheep services for the product which may not be supported from product manufacturer-
To link buyer with seller at a suitable price and make a deal. Veiled
