My main responsibilities as a change management specialist, includes the following:
-Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
-Supporting communication efforts.
-Assessing the change impact .
-Supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
Responsible for managing sales, customer relationships, and inventory control.
This job enabled me to put my pharmaceutical knowledge into practice and enriched my patient counselling experience.
The managerial aspects of the job boosted my skills and built my capabilities in goal setting, team motivation, and continuous improvement.
The job enabled me to establish my knowledge in dispensing drugs, taking into regards the following: doses, generic names, and patient counselling.
Furthermore working in direct contact with all types of patients enriched my interpersonal skills.
The training has taken place in several sections of the hospital ( In-patient pharmacy, Out-patient pharmacy, Emergency Room pharmacy, and intensive Care pharmacy).
The training provided me with a general knowledge in generic drugs, Intravenous injection medications, as well as drug dispensing.
BSc. In Pharmacy (2008-2013) University of Jordan- Amman, Jordan G.P.A: (3.13 out of 4.00) which is rated as "Very.good".
Passed the TAWJIHI Scientific-Stream Exams (2008). Yarmouk Modern Systems Schools- Irbid, Jordan. Average: (95.7%).
