• Promote and market cultural initiatives within the area and try to involve the company with relative events.
• Collect and publish a daily calendar in website and social platforms and weekly for Al Masry Alyoum Newspaper and Monthly calendar for Mantiqti Newspaper.
• Create and support development and networking opportunities for local artists, volunteer and professional cultural workers.
• Build partnerships with Government and community resource agencies in regional centers and contribute to regional arts planning activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate the planning and development of arts and culture programs and activities within the area and connect them with the company's productions.

• Arranging press conferences and events.
• Managing followers and readers relationships.
• Overseeing social media PR strategies.
• Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels.

• Responsible for social media support, including maintaining Facebook posts stock as per the page strategy.

• Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.
• Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
• Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
• Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: leasing, sale, re-sale, property
valuation, Dubai Property Tour…etc) professionally, to maintain a high
standard of service, and to update the Sales Excel Sheet constantly.
• Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
• Assemble detailed property portfolio and present it to clients.
• Collect full details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging
viewings, showing the property to potential tenants, etc...
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls and take and relay messages.
• Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services in order to persuade
customers to purchase products or utilize services.
• Meeting and greeting visitors ensuring they are signed in and inducted.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Greet persons entering organization and direct them to correct destination.
