Functioning as Piping Specialist to validate various contractors TechnipFMC, Hyundai detailed Engineering deliverables on behalf of Client as a PMT team.
Currently located in construction site VungTau, Vietnam and involved in providing technical leadership and decision making for Piping engineering work carried out by the EPC contractors deliverables review and approving of site construction activities. Review and approving of Piping prefabrication activities, Witnessing PMI, Welding hardness tests, PWHT at sub vendors fabrication workshop, Valve body testing. Review and approving of Technical deviations.
Reviewing of Piping deliverables like Overall site plan, Plot pan, Equipment layout and Licensor Layout.
Review and approval of Piping Material Specification, Material requisition/Purchase supply conditions of Pipes, Valves, Fittings and Specialty Items.
Conducted 30% and 60% Client model review with Contractor Technip FMC in Rome, Italy on behalf my client company Long Son. Conducted 90% Vendor package for Furnace review with Contractor Technip FMC in Houston, USA on behalf my client company Long Son.
During global lockdown business as usual with Web conferencing for various contractors engineering deliverables review and approvals.
Interfacing with Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors for engineering activities.
Review and validate Change Order/Variation order quantities raised by TechnipFMC and follow-up Engineering implementation
Conducted 90% Client model review with Contractor Technip FMC, KL via Web conferencing during global lockdown.

Responsible for:
•Led and Achieved SHELL Piping Engineering deliverables like Overall Plot plan, Unit Plot plans, Tie-In-Isometrics, Piping GADs, 3D Modelling from Laser Scanning of existing Plant facilities, Bulk MTO, Stress Analysis.
•Checking and approval of Detailed Plot Plans/Equipment Layouts, Piping, GA’s, Piping Supports, , Nozzle Orientation Drawings Steam Tracing Drawings, Piping Isometrics, Material Take Off activities, Material Requisitions and Technical Bid Evaluation.
•Coordination with Process, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Thermal Equipment, Machinery and Package, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Design Departments and Project Control Departments.
•Led and achieved Overall operation of the EPCm 50000 Man-hours (FEED Fast Track / Steam Integration) piping team and the high quality and timely completion of piping activities within the established work-hour budget.
ESSAR Engineering
Project: Jurong Aromatic Complex project, Singapore (1.5 Mn Ton of Aromatics per Year)
•Led and successfully achieved 50000 Manhours Jurong Aromatic Complex (JAC) Green field Project, Singapore. Scope consists of OSBL, Jetty, Subsea marine Pipeline, Tankages, Flare, LPG storage and Plant Utilities.
•Review of ITB documents submitted in proposals, Bid evaluation, technical discussions with vendors and preparation of technical recommendation and contract requirements for project execution.
•Developing Overall Plot Plan, Tie-In Key Plan and Area classification Layout (Hazardous Area from JAC Process Package.
•3D modeling for OSBL, Jetty and Rock Cavern.
