Undertaken Commissioning & Start-up of Onshore Oil & Gas plant Consisiting of Conversion of Sour gas to Sweet gas by MDEA (Amine Regeneration Plant), NGL Recovery, Propane Refrigeration Turbo Expander, NGL Strippers, NGL Shipping, MEG Plant, DM Plant, Steam Turbines, Boilers, Closed Chilled water System, HRSG, Flares, etc.
On-Shore Facilities:- Reception facilities and Gas Separation:- It includes separation and deliver to the down- stream units a gas phase and a liquid phase.
Condensate stabilization:- Producing stabilized condensate for export and liquid ends.
Gas Treating:- It includes the following:-
Producing Sales Gas, Gaseous Ethane and NGL
Acid Gas Removal (H2S & Partially CO2)
Mercury Guard to remove Hg from Gas
Ethane recovery by CRYOGENIC Exchanger (Expander/Compressor).
Dehydration using Molecular sieves technology.
Ethane Treating facility:- Treating gaseous ethane for export i.e. Removal of CO2 using DEA ( Di-ethanol Amine) and then dehydration using Molecular sieve bed.
Propane and butane facility:- Producing sweet product and then drying and ready for storage and export and also includes removal of Mercaptans.
MEG Regeneration facility:- Producing lean MEG for offshore injection i.e. To sea line and again regenerating

•Sourgas to Sweet gas by MDEA (Amine) - AGR Unit use a propreitary AmineGuard Formulated Solvent (AGFI) Process licensed by UOP LLC
•Amine Regeneration Plant - Process Sweetens Sourgas by Chemiacl Absorption of CO2 & H2S with with a aqueous solution of MDEA Solvent in a High Pressure Absorber
•Sour feed gas 3.5 vol% and upto 4.6mol% CO2 passing through HP Absorber, the swet gas contains no more than 0.94 mole % CO2 and less than 20 ppmv H2S
