 Understanding of complete scope of project, updating all progress achievement and targets to management in regular basis and project time schedule will be maintained as committed and agreed with Management.
 Responsible for progress schedule as committed without slippages by mitigating all risks and to be taken preventive actions to avoid any kind of slippages for Projects.
 Coordinating with the Clients (FEWA, TRANSCO, ADDC, RTA, ADP/ADNOC, MOPA ADPC, KHARAMAA, QCHEM &QGAS), Consultants, Vendors and internal teams to perform the e Testing & Commissioning activities at Project Sites as per the Programmed schedule.
 Leading the Testing and Commissioning Team and provide technical support to team members. Study schemes at different sites and provide technical solutions to problems relating to Electrical Protective system.
 Responsible for Zero Accident Man Hours & Ensuring 100% supervision during site activities.
 Participate in the pre-qualification process of new electrical equipment’s and ensure new equipment’s are complying with client specifications and international standards.
 Responsible for Method of Statement/SAT Procedures to be submitted and to be arranged approval from O/E.
 Responsible for assigned Witness Schedule in time with Client by intimating schedule well in advance through e-mail.
 Responsible for timely raise RFIs to client and to be obtained the approval.
 Responsible for continuous monitoring of resource utilization and intimate management for idle resources well in advance to plan for other projects.
