• Responsible for all communications with Flag, Class & Statutory bodies for Registration, Certification, and Surveys
• Performed the design calculations required for the conversion of Single Hull tankers of the fleet to double hull
• Responsible for all design modifications required to comply with the new Statutory and Class Rules
• Prepared the loading software for vessels in operation
• Actively involved in the preparation of Ballast Water Management Plan, VOC Management Plan, Emergency Towing Booklet etc. for all the vessels in the fleet in order to comply with latest regulations
• Maintaining a good relations with Masters onboard the ship, Class Surveyors, Vetting inspectors etc.
• Preparation of ISM / ISPS Manuals.

• Carried out the Naval Architectural and Structural design of Bulk Carriers & Passenger Vessels
• Scantling Evaluation of Bulk Carriers using Class software in accordance with IACS Common Structural Rules
• Resistance & Powering Calculations for various proposal designs.
• Developed Spreadsheet solutions for all Basic & Structural design calculations
• Part of the hull modeling team using NUPAS for the preparation of production drawings
