1-carrying out maintenance for β-Lactam (Penicillin-Cephalosporin)
factories which contains various types of production lines such as :
vials powder filling and packaging line (sterile area), Dry suspension
filling and packaging line, Tablet compression and coating line,
Tablet blistering and packaging line.
2- Supervising the electrical maintenance team in cephalosporin
factory.
3- Preparing the annual preventive maintenance plan in coordination
with the production and planning departments.
4- Diagnosing breakdown problems for controllers, electronic circuit and plc.
5- Fitting new parts and making sure that all equipment's is working
correctly.
6- Supporting the technicians and also extract Job orders for them.
7- Working on saving time and decreasing the machine running cost
