Strategic Objective (5.4.1):
Ensure Development and Food Security through the digital transformational project of awareness of the farmers about the sustainability includes the flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deal with crises.

• Give many technology training sessions to high ranked military officers of Ministry of interior.

• Planning, developing, and implementing the ICT systems & budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers where appropriate, to ensure cost-effectiveness;
