Scope: Saudi Arabia's financial district site is 1.6 million square metres and the development will have floor space of over 3 million square metres for Commercial and Residential Buildings. Working on PPA10, Zone 2, Parcel 407 (5B+G+1S+17) and 408 (5B+G+2S+30) as Sr. Mechanical Engineer. Installation and supervision of all Mechanical Services, Review design drawings, prepare shop drawings and builder's drawings. Prepare material submittals and carryout technical assessment and follow up with suppliers. Coordination with other services and dealing with Consultant for MEP services. Frequently inspection on site to ensure work progress and to instruct the site engineers and foreman. Review and participate in updating of technical drawings for the facility and ensure confirmative with as built status.

Review design drawings, prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings, Installation and supervision of MEP Services and report to Manager. Prepare material submittals and follow up with suppliers. Coordination with other services and dealing with Consultant for MEP services., Testing and commissioning for MEP services and project completed in three years, on time within the budget (AED 300 Million)
