An integral part of the core team in the Strategy & Transformation unit established to develop the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and business plans in alignment with Vision 2030.
• Provide guidance and support in the development of annual business objectives to ensure that they are
aligned with the overall strategy of the company.
• Assist in the development of Corporate Governance Policies and Manuals to facilitate the stakeholders in
achieving their business goals.
Support in the development, integration, and digitalization of customized Investment Life Cycles for the company.

• Develop and Publish Performance Scorecards for functions to ensure periodical reviews of performance.
• Develop and maintain systems to monitor, measure, and report performance and achievement of programs, long-term goals, and strategic initiatives that have a divisional and corporate impact.

• Establish the Annual Budgeting Process across the group in collaboration with Corporate Functions.
Managed the Office of Strategy Management (OSM) in the Holding Company that built the capabilities of managing strategy in Business Units in alignment with the Vision of the group.
• Conducted Portfolio Analysis of Investments and established 3 Strategic Transformation Initiatives in the SBUs and 7 Programs to build capabilities in the group.
• Led the Formulation, Planning, and Reporting of Business Strategies for 20+ Business Units using various strategy tools like PESTLE, Industry and Competitors Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Project Prioritization & Impact Analysis, and Balanced Scorecards.
• Developed and implemented a Strategy Performance Management framework to link the Holding Company’s Strategic Objectives & Initiatives with Departmental and Employee performance.
• Assisted in the revision of the Company’s Corporate Governance Manual & Guidelines to ensure alignment and sustainable approach with the company’s long-term vision in changing business environment.
• Led the Annual Business Planning and Budgeting Exercise in collaboration with Finance, Investments,
Human Resources, and other corporate functions.
• Prepared insightful periodical Board Reports in collaboration with other corporate functions efficiently to ensure timely decision-making.
• Facilitated the establishment of ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) Strategy for the group and core business units by engaging with international consultants in alignment with international benchmarks and the country’s vision for 2030 to incorporate ESG into the overall strategy of the company.

consultants for projects like Business Valuations, complex bid submissions, International Partner
collaborations.
• Developed Market Intelligence report for the Top Management and Board analyzing global and regional industry trends and their potential impact on the group’s current investments.
• Supported in the evaluation of New Opportunities, Periodical assessment of Business Models and Customer Value propositions as part of Diversification strategies for Business Units
- Assist the Group Strategy Director in Strategy management for an active portfolio of Investments in 20+ SBUs.
- Development and Management of Balanced Scorecards for 20+ Business Units in the group.
- Work with multiple corporate functions like Investments, Finance, Operations Excellence in Diagnosing SBU’s Performance, developing Assessment reports with Recommendations.
- Support the Business units in Strategic Reviews, Annual Business Plans, Strategic Direction & Initiatives Selections to ensure the alignment with the SBU’s strategy.
- Project Management Officer for the OSM Department managing project documentation, execution and reporting of projects progress.
- Develop multiple Tools & Processes for strategy formulation, management and reporting across the group including consolidated performance review platform (Google Site).
- Facilitate and guide the Strategy Resources in SBUs to improve the quality of strategy management.
- Work with Business Excellence and Human Resources as a Performance Administrator in the implementation of SAP Success Factors software implementation across the Corporate Office.
- Responsible with the Division’s CEO and other Division Managers in formulating the divisional strategies and customized strategies for each Business Unit.
- Formulate the 3 years strategy for the biggest company in the division by facilitating the strategy workshops involving all the departments and 7 areas and using various strategy tools.
- Developed SBU’s Dashboards with the guidance and support of Holding OSM which are standardized for periodical Reviews.
- Support Departmental Managers in identifying potential initiatives that would benefit the company and ensure alignment with the Holding’s objectives.
- Consolidation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports and presentations and the Annual Business Plan and overall Budget by coordinating with all SBU’s to ensure the timely submission.
- Support the Project Management Officers and Coordinate between the SBU’s and the EPMO for timely reporting of project performance and risk identification.
- Business Process Leader for SAP HCM Transition and Implementation ensured a smooth transition to SAP from the legacy system.
- Managed a nationwide project for HR Master Data Collection, validation & updating in SAP.
- Developed studies & published various reports including Department’s scorecards, Outsourcing feasibility, Employee Satisfaction, Overtime Analysis, Employee Turnover Analysis.
- Developed Annual HR Budget Plans, including Organizational Chart Revisions, Manpower Planning.
- Lead the Mercer- HR Project for the Jobs Descriptions and Analysis for all the positions. Committee member to review and rate 950+ Job Descriptions for the Al Kifah Group.
- Work with the owner and managing director to formulate the Company’s Mission, Vision and Goals,
company’s core values and core competencies that can be used to develop and expand the business in
the future.
- Worked with all the departments and developed the business process maps, identified the non-value-
added work and proposed as well as implemented new process maps for better efficiency.
- Analyzed the sales department and remodeled the department which included methods from lead
generation until collections and customer satisfaction
Successfully transitioned the Record-to-Report Process from Canada for CHEP Inc.
- Worked on SAP ERP Software user interface on the Finance and Control Module
- MIS Reporting like GL & Intercompany accounting with 100% accuracy.
- Documented all the activities learned during the transition by creating SOP’s, displaying good
understanding of the process and complexities which was highly appreciated and recognized by both
the senior management and the client.
- Facilitated Knowledge awareness sessions on the Customer Business Processes, fundamentals of
Accounting, Customer business models, SAP user interface, indigenous Applications of Genpact.
Penske Truck Leasing (USA client)
- Supported the American Client (Penske) by leading and managing an offshore team from India.
- Lead and supervised a team for publishing the periodical Customer Reviews.
- Produced and Published Critical Scorecards for important customers like Merck, Whirlpool that helps
their senior management to make decisions.
- Created and analyzed various heads for the client such as Contract Maintenance, Commercial and
Consumer Rentals, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Revenue Analysis.
- Produced the Monthly Dashboard for the process, which reflected the Teams Performance and
reported it to the Vice President and Project Owner of the Company
Been an integral part of a multi-million-dollar construction project from the initiation to completion
by managing coordinating effectively with the various clients, international vendors and designers to
ensure timely execution.
Involved software testing of the company’s Query Client software. Managed documentation of
unexpected events and errors that occur in testing environment during a test run.
