*Ticketing and reservation for Sign In/Signoff crew.
*Keeping track of VISA’s of all crew on daily for timely Extension.
*Preparing and processing Sign On/Off documents.
*Requesting NOC from Contractor/Client.
*Generating OPTIMA Travel Card for crew members.
*Preparing/updating Report for CICPA, MOFA etc. and forwarding to Principals/ Operator.

•Coordinate between the higher management and operations on all issues related to administrative work.
