Name of the Company: Al Ahleia Switchgear Co. Period: April-2019 to till date. JOB PROFILE: Planning operations & prioritizing them to ensure throughput, optimum capacity utilisation minimising/overcoming delays. Preparing monthly production reports in order to monitor the capacity and productivity of the factory. Creating Action Plan based on above to address challenges (in case faced any) to achieve production target for the day & month. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment (Winding Machine, Casting Units, Welding, Fabrication Line, Testing Line) Supervising work of junior staf and provide them adequate training based on the function/their work profile. Preparation of production plan and allocation of man power as per requirement. Coordination with all departments for Quality, Design and Supply Chain Management issues. Planning inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Nonmoving materials analysis, waste reduction and inventory Control. Work experience in process of unfilled and in filled casting plant.
