Spearheading end-to-end Operations & Maintenance activities with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns,
quality compliance, inspection and manpower planning to ensure timely execution of activities
Managing Operations & Maintenance of 150 Cell sites/BSC sites and Active/ Passive Equipment; administering deployment activity of
Cluster, RFI/RFS of New sites/Tenant at Zonal level
Providing telecom network & extending communication facilities through planning, engineering, commissioning, operations &
maintenance of various telecom systems
Leading the complete range of activities by providing right of way from conceptualization to installation, testing, maintenance and
troubleshooting of telecom equipment
Assisting during periodic maintenance and faults/alarms and rendering technical support
Managing activities like:
o KPI management for all network elements
o Network outage management as per SLA
o Network audit & expansion in coordination with Business team
Performing fault diagnosis for all kind of equipment; managing multiple activities involving machine reconditioning, machine
performance monitoring & so on
Planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment / lines to increase machine uptime &
equipment reliability
Coordinating with multiple departments for managing project activities to assure achievement of project objectives and ensuring
that each project maintains proper balance among cost, performance, and schedule
Indulging in materials planning & developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipment at cost
effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects
Documenting and maintaining reports for Site performance and reporting the same to the top management
Steering NEB to EB conversions, rural to urban feeder conversions & timely EB disconnections resolution at Zonal
Driving operational hygiene activities such as preventive maintenance, diesel filling process, energy savings
Conducting Quality Audit of Operational Sites and prepare Action plan for correction; analyzing major and critical network faults
due to infra Equipment
Executing monthly review meeting with OME vendors & Field team to resolve different operation issue
Highlights:
Steered improvement in network uptime by initiating timely actions
Successfully reduced EB bill late payment for 130 sites
Administering Electricity Bill Collection of 150 Sites & Process to Circle EB team timely
