• Spearheading end-to-end data management implementations for multinational organizations, enabling real-time data access and empowering business users to make data-driven decisions
• Part of Enterprise Architecture team, working closely with Data Governance teams, business stakeholders, application architects and data services team in deploying and maintaining robust MDM solutions.
• Providing expertise in drawing strong strategy and architecture design of MDM implementations.
Lead offshore team and manage monthly capacity as agreed with client.
Co-ordinate with various stake holders to unlock blocking scenarios, de-brief them about existing functionalities, raise an alert in case potential impacts were identified in the course of project.
Work on cost saving and revenue generating proposals and present them to client.
1) Conducting requirements workshops; understanding the AS IS processes/ Current System Study and identifying high level process/system changes.
2) Conducting technical feasibility and efficiency using inputs from own experience and other project case studies.
3) Analyzing the requirements by demonstrating strong process/solution/product knowledge, understanding of the business/IT scenario, understanding of constraints in implementation and technology.
4) Performing project management activities in some cases like project plan development and deployment, monitoring progress as per plan, resource and task allocation, tracking project delivery, influencing relevant stakeholders in order to ensure project delivery as planned.
5) Managing customization, configuration and data migration.
6) Preparing plan for customization or tailoring of best practices, solution capabilities in line with customer requirement.
7) Defining and documenting the problem faced by customers and bringing in best practices in the industry; providing different options in order to assist in identifying the problem as viewed by the customer.
• Gather, analyze and formalize business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions).
• Conducting gap analysis sessions for new or existing locations for various modules, identifying the gaps or enhancement and prepare action plans for changes based on requirements.
• Formalize work products and deliverables in line with organizational processes and standards.
• Validate technical specifications to ensure that all functional changes have been taken in to account. Work closely with development team to ensure the development of the best systems, with a shared strategy for maintaining, enhancing and redefining the products.
• Analyze application problems and resolve critical issues on priority having strategic impact on applications by applying / following business / technical support concepts, departmental procedures, etc.
• Work in close collaboration with Business Analysts ensuring development of identified bugs in systems, with a shared strategy for redefining the product as per business requirements
• Plan and perform training of applications, ensure software applications are efficiently used by users in the business units; produce and update documentation and training manuals for all applications
• Interact with the business teams to understand business process and its requirements; provide technological support to meet expectations
• Gathered requirements, understood end-to-end application functionality and devised / built test strategies depending on the projects needs along with co-ordinating all testing activities
• Ensured test schedules are maintained; identified test issues resulting in implementation delays and worked with Project Management in resolving the same on priority
• Wrote / executed test cases and reported bugs along with testing applications
• Prepared test plans, test data, test conditions, test scenarios for various modules at various stages
