\nNagreeka group is a 700 Mio group - engaged in export of textiles, poly laminated metal aluminium & steel tapes, cable Jointing kits for telecommunication industry, aluminium foil food containers & foil wrap used for domestic & export.

\nWorked as General Manager Projects, Business Development (international marketing & export sales)

\nResponsibilities:
\nBusiness development ( export marketing / sales): 1) Scanning of all domestic and international markets, generate enquiries and convert the same enquiries to orders.
\n2) Market study, strategy formulation with management for generating Business.
\n3) Developing a team and motivating them for generating business and Tapping potential customers in domestic & international markets
\n4) Explore the possibilities for tie-ups & joint ventures to utilize Company's production facility.
\n5) Instrumental in developing international customers in USA, UK, Netherlands, middle east, Africa, Carribean markets for the Aluminum products. The export sales constituted to about 20% of company turnover in the first year & 30% in the succeeding year.
\n6) Identifying, negotiating & procurring new Italian, Chinese machines & moulds for manufacture of FMCG food grade Aluminum foil gastronomes, containers & foil wrap.studying the costing of these items of foil containers, foil wrap with their demand in international markets like USA, China, , UAE, Netherlands, UK, Africa etc. promoting new products as per customer demand and requirements.
\n7) Responsible for increasing export sales & thereby company turnover with new customers, agents in international markets for aluminum Products like cable wrap, polyclad aluminum & steel tapes, food grade aluminum foil containers / aluminum foil wrap.
\n8) Participating in key international / domestic exhibitions at China, Dubai to advertise aluminum items and thereby promoting Nagreeka's brand. Also, developing new brands as per customer requirements in domestic & international markets and promoting the same.
\n9) Responsible for international raw material supplier factory visits for sourcing cheaper aluminum raw material thereby ensuring lower final product cost of aluminum containers & gastronomes.
\n10) Responsible for overall product costing, p / l analysis of FMCG items exported in 40 hq containers to international customers and also approving competitive ocean freight for export consignments as ocean Freight constitutes about 20% of product cost for USA, UK, Netherlands, African countries.

\nNew projects: 1) Responsible for evaluating new turnkey business project proposals checking its viability & proposing good business models to the senior Management. Proceeding with approved projects on nod from senior management with detailed study & analysis of investment v / s payback along with the team members & consultants.
\n1) I have been instrumental in successfully developing key customers for FMCG in international markets of usa, european, uk, uae markets for the new products of disposable food aluminium containers / rolls export thereby increasing the export sales and group turnover.
\n2) Instrumental in initiating, identifying, negotiating & purchase of new Machines, moulds foraluminium food grade containers, foil rolls from Italy, China and introducing these products in the overseas market for increasing Export sales and turnover of the company constituting 20% & 30 % of annual turnover in first 2 years respectively.
\n3) Instrumental in developing and implementation of new designs for packaging of inner boxes for aluminium rolls as per export customer requirements in met-pet aqua / lamination and exporting the same in USA, UK and other markets which have huge demand.
