Preparing detailed note that capture the industry and business performance which highlight the key credit issues and presenting the rating to the rating along with rating recommendation
Assigning ratings and preparing reports that cogently captures the rationale behind the rating
Constantly monitoring the performance of the companies rated through regular client interactions and maintaining strong client relationship
Primary coverage industries include Real Estate, Manufacturing (Textile, Plastics, Paper and Steel) and Construction & Infrastructure (spanning Roads, Ports and Power); Others industries include Agri-processing, Auto Ancillary, Trading, Gems & Jewelery and Media & Entertainment
Providing advisory services to bankers onshore, including industry overview, trends analysis, identifying key drivers for future growth, value chain analysis, competitive landscape/benchmarking and market entry strategy formulation
Conducting both relative and fundamental company valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) & Dividend Discount Model (DDM) models
Preparing detailed pitch books through in depth primary and secondary research using databases like Thomson, Reuters, Bloomberg and Factiva
Analyzing sectors and companies with focus on identifying potentials targets/buyers across geographies and conducting indepth synergy analysis
Interaction with clients, structuring deliverables of the team, developing new capabilities and new research products / models for delivery
Conducting quality control check of the outgoing client deliverables and leading multiple projects and managing a team of Analysts, Sr. Analyst and Associates to provide external research and analysis
