▪ Manage the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management, Business
Continuity Management and Incident Management Frameworks and
ensure the alignment with best practices and relevant standards
▪ Manage the identification, evaluation, mitigate, and monitoring of the
company's operational and strategic risks in coordination with business
CXO’s
▪ Manage the Business Continuity Management program and support the
development and testing of Business Continuity Plans for critical function
across the company
▪ Coordinate Risk Management Committee meetings, and report the
outcomes of the BCM initiatives and the status update of the company’s
risk register
▪ Establish and maintain Corporate Governance Framework and periodically
review stc’s compliance with Bahrain governance requirements
▪ Manage the preparation of corporate governance report in coordination
with relevant stakeholders
▪ Drive identification, development, and implementation of stc’s quality improvement initiatives.
▪ Manage quality assurance audits across the organization to ensure
conformity to the approved policies and processes, and compliance to legal
and regulatory obligations
▪ Manage Market research (Customer Satisfaction, Brand Health & Mystery
Shopping) to identify customers’ needs and perception and identify areas
for improvement.
▪ Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of the Internal
Controls System based on COSO framework.
▪ Perform the PMO role for company’s strategic projects and manage the
implementation and improvement of a comprehensive Project Management
Framework

▪ Establish and manage an exhaustive Quality Management System based on ISO 9001
▪ Drive identification, development, and implementation of stc’s quality improvement initiatives.
▪ Established and manage the implementation and improvement of a comprehensive Project Management Framework and perform the PMO role for the company’s strategic projects
▪ Manage the review of major outsourcing engagement between stc and its partners to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
▪ Manage quality assurance audits across the organization to ensure conformity to the approved policies and processes, and compliance to legal and regulatory obligations
▪ Manage Market research (Customer Satisfaction and Brand Health) to identify customers’ needs and perceptions and identify areas for improvement.
▪ Manage processes improvement six sigma projects to drive greater
process efficiency, positive financial impact and highest level of customer
satisfaction.
▪ Manage the development and the implementation of quality management
systems for Jordan Telecom Group based on ISO-9001 standards.
▪ Manage and lead quality internal auditing (Compliance & Performance).
Analyse & report findings and recommend corrective actions.
▪ Manage processes reengineering and KPI's definition to maintain the QMS
and to fulfil business evolution and needs.
▪ Manage main processes and SLA KPI's monitoring & reporting and follow
up to rectify variances.
▪ Spread quality knowledge & six sigma methodology concepts within the JT
units to build quality thinking and continual improvement culture.
▪Identify areas of partnership with Telecom / IT suppliers to launch new
products to enhance JT market position.
▪ Build up partnership agreement and negotiate the potential partners to
conclude a win-win relationship.
▪ Manage partnership project during the implementation phase and
handover the activities to the operations afterwards.
▪ Analyse and evaluate partnership initiatives and present the business case
to have management approval.
▪ Support product managers to market their product.

Analyse, evaluate and negotiate supplier offers to finalize project
agreement.
▪ Manage transmission project and lead project execution team to install and
operate the transmission systems.
▪ Follow up the financial aspects of the project and validate invoices and bill
of quantities.
▪ Lead the acceptance and quality control for transmission systems and
optical fiber cable links.
