Configuring, monitoring and administeration of Pakistan Customs Data Network as part of a Network Operations Team (NOC). This included installation of, Routers, Switches, Wireless Serial Radios/Ethernet Bridges, DXX, ISDN lines & Internet services. Involved in IBM AS400 system administration, including job querying, user creation & deletion, device creation, terminal & printer configuration.
Involved as team lead in the rollout of Active Directory & Anti-Virus services to 13 remote sites in Karachi.
Piloted a team of Hardware / Network engineers, provided leadership, guidance and training to Jr. Level engineers, Drafted and implemented hardware maintenance policies standards and procedures.
