- Support Booking.com BV’s - strategy for hotel availability and supply within LEVANT Region.
- Promote the Booking.com BV brand name and its online reservation services to hotels, also by visiting hotels located in specific geographic areas of the country.
- Responsible for area coverage.
- Inform hotels and advise on allotment, availability and supply
Rate checks and competitor checks.
- Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have questions.
- Providing hotels with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups.
- Follow up on cancellations and evaluations.
- Accompany and train hotels on how to use Booking.com’ s extranet and rates & availability system.
- Support hotels with regards to Booking.com’ s on-line system.
- Check statistics of hotels and improve their performance.
Responsible for all GCC accounts.
- Creating and implementing sales marketing plans and a market study for Bahrain and Saudi Market.
- Handling Saudi Corporate Market & Bahrain market as well.
- building strong relationship with key accounts in Bahrain.
Implements all sales action plan related to my marketing areas as stated in the revenue plan.
Managing a Portfolio of more than 120 Accounts in t KSA.
Ensure territory coverage to grab all opportunities on a scheduled basis.
Supervise the overall set up and implementation of events and meetings
Working closely with other departments to ensure that the guests satisfaction is met.
Achieves outdoor sales calls as assigned to achieve targets.
Prepare corporate proposals that are geared to maximize profit whilst satisfying guest needs.
