Core member of the team leading the Operations of the Property & Facility Management for the Iconic and Niche properties of Prestige Group at Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. Properties managed by FPMS include UB City, Kingfisher towers, Prestige Khoday tower, Prestige Saleh Ahmed, Prestige Falcon towers, Prestige Leela Residency, Prestige Kenilworth, Prestige Hermitage, Prestige Jasdan Classic (Mumbai), The Prestige City (Mumbai) and others. Apart from heading day to day operations of the Prestige owned properties, currently heading the division providing integrated facility management services to third party clients (Malls, Residential and Commercial properties) that encompasses (but not limited to) Infrastructure Maintenance, Compliance, Budgets, Monitoring of Payments/AMC's, Security Systems, General Administration, Quality and Process Improvements and other functions like.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Admin & Facilities Operations encompasses
- Security Management
- Manpower management team of more than 1200 employees
- Coordination for all Audits -
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Champion all Admin and Facility activities in the assigned locations
- Implementation of Best Processes and Systems Building Operations
• Providing leadership to the Administration and Facility Management teams.
• Consult and Collaborate with Operations Team to oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Admin & Facilities service delivery
• Understand the Admin & Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Operations Team
• Management of the capital and expense budgets for all the sites.
• Accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Management
- monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly. Ensure compliance and audit standards
• Institute a grievance addressal mechanism and addressing client concerns
• Implementing and Optimizing effective cost saving mechanisms
• Finalizing and managing the vendors for Security, Transport, HK based on quality, price and reputation in market.
• Coordination between All regions /CO for necessary approvals and process implementation.
• Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
