• Supervising the security staff on daily responsibilities and monitor customer service standards such as visitor sign in/out; parking issues; building access, etc. Ensuring the scheduling and coverage are adequate for the Master Community and Towers In JLT.
• Promote and maintain a high level of security associate performance, morale, and loss prevention awareness; counsel security associates for unacceptable performance/attendance issues.
• Conducted patrols on the park grounds; focused on spotting questionable activities and potentially dangerous situations.
• Supervising a team of 60+ security guards that is tasked to oversee and ensure safety of Towers and Parking area property and users.
• Ensuring that all orders and instructions are followed which are given by Senior Team Leaders, Security Manager and Control command center and coordinate accordingly.
• Maintaining staff Grooming Standards as per Company Policy.
• Emergency response to the site to provide Assistance on site during Major Minor issues.
• Preparing Staff Roster, Annual leave Plan, Attendance without any errors for smooth operations.
• Reporting Major/ Minor HSEQ Related Observation Reports to Management for further escalation.
