- Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service / sales activities and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects;
- Unsupervised on-site presence which includes responsibilities on data requests, technical basic support and analysis;
- Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations;
- Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff;
- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc…;
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications;
- Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues;
- Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness;
- Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility;
Duties:
- Supervise the implementation of the company's strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives. In addition, I am responsible for directing corporate branding and public relations initiatives;
- Assist in preparing marketing budgets and supervise marketing initiatives to ensure positive return on marketing investment.
- Supervise the day to day operations of the marketing team consisting of a Marketing Officer, a Telemarketer, and a Data Entry Officer to ensure the team meets or exceeds the service level;
- Manage and assist in executing advertising and PR media plans;
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow between the marketing department and other departments;
- Manage the marketing department logistics with external parties in coordination with the team;
- Supervise the staffing trade shows and promotional events as needed;
- Develop OFFTEC’s brand guidelines and ensure that all marcom materials and collateral are in line with the brand guidelines;
- Manage all marketing research projects (customer satisfaction, market share analysis, and competitor analysis);
- Process all invoices and marketing expenses, and handling budgeting matters related to the marketing department;
Duties:
- Supervise all related marketing resources and initiatives to launch different programs and brand exposure campaigns;
- Launch and oversee advertising and media planning;
- Supervise the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of set objectives;
- Conduct market studies with the marketing team and provide the management with comprehensive and conclusive reports;
- Explore new advertising/ brand exposure opportunities;
- Help create and maintain MFW’s brand guidelines, and ensure that the marketing department works as per the brand guidelines;
- Maintain and build contacts with the media;
- Supervise the marketing & advertising agency;
- Organize and attend events and exhibitions;
- Carry out market research to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness;
- Monitor competitors and prepare competitor analysis;
- Responsible for developing and producing all Arabic and English marcom materials including, brochures, flyers, posters and website;
- Manage budgets and financials related to marketing campaigns and activities;
Duties:
- Manage product pricing and liaise with the sales and technical teams to achieve business objectives;
- Work closely with the advertising agency and ensure that all deliverables are done on time;
- Explore new promotional and advertising opportunities;
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns;
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis;
- Conduct training to the sales team;
- Maintain vendors’ price lists;
- Establish all back office systems with the technical team to measure the success of marketing campaigns;
