•Check all the staff has 1 open element 31.12.9999 : staff should have NODE, HOAL
•If staff has two element one element should delete or stop depend on the case : based on the
Mithun report
•Ask facility team for the list : use a template
•Reconcile the facility list with our list (COMO = company move out, COHO = company Hotel, NOEL =
not Eligible, DOPR = Double provision, HOAL = housing allowance, COAC = company
accomodation, NODE = new joiners not yet declared) all status should match if there are any
difference should contact facility team and share the list.
5-GMDP housing allowance: to pay AED3500 if GMDP in CPA & stop if checked out 10th of the month.
