- Work in liaison with the HR Department in the administration process for training, recruitment and selection of Quantity Surveyors
- Handle the Pre-Contracts personnel records and update the same
- Work with the manager to prepare the job description and ensure proper procedures for review and approval are met at the department level (Pre-Contracts)
- Employ employee development strategy and succession planning based on training and professional development for Quantity Surveyors
- Ensure that the tenders and contracts are thoroughly reviewed prior to management/client submission for approval
- Prepare tender enquiry documents based on work scope and other requirements according to policy guidelines
- Maintain the Project Files and Transmittal forms
- Follow-up with the suppliers for the quotation and monitor the process involved in Tender Work Allocation
- Hands-On experience in ePROMIS HR and Payroll ERP module
HUMAN RESOURCES / ADMINISTRATION
Recruiting candidates as per the selection procedure of the company
Handling employee database & payroll
Scheduling training classes for the employees
Documenting the Human Resources processes, policies and procedures
Organizing workshops, seminars and get-together events
OPERATIONS
Undertaking costs analysis for projects
Liaising with clients and customers on commercial matters
Preparing Bill of Materials
Managing the inventories
Identify the functions of the organization and set appropriate process to meet the business objectives.
Evaluate products/teams to ensure the appropriate organizational standards are met.
Maintain checklist at all levels so as to ensure process compliance.
Process compliance to be monitored by ensuring that all the functions operate seamlessly and the organization is driven by process.
Plan and conduct internal audit on standards, processes and procedures
Take preventive and corrective action wherever required.
Conduct workshops for change management
Review all test plans, test results, development and quality plans
Design and code inspections
Ensure that non compliance issues are addressed and documented
