Handling the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the complete branch network, which
includes OS/2 Server, Gateway, File & Print Server (WIN 2K), Printers (HP Laser Jet & IBM printers) and
Win-7 & XP workstations (140+nodes) along with their applications to ensure maximum uptime.
 Supervising the different vendors taking care of Telephony and WAN, etc.
 Administering various rollouts related to Software, Virus removal tools, Patches and hot fixes
installation, Antivirus Update, Backup and Outlook 2010 Client support.
 Updating and managing PC - OS Patches, Antivirus Pattern Update, etc. Physical technical support for
IBM & Dell Desktops, Laptops, LAN & Printer related problems.
 Holding escalations of calls and tracking the call to closure.
 Managing upcountry support team for call closing, inventory, different status reviews and generation of
Consolidated report on those.
 Maintaining & following the established best practices, recovery tools, trouble shooting procedures to
resolve incidents, problems and change requests in the upcountry region.
