-Review the DWGs & BOM & make some changes /modifications in order to match with MCs/Materials Limitations
-Prepare the SPO & cut list & specify each machine load.
-Upload the shop with the job with the required paper work & circulate the necessary paper for the other Departments (Painting procedure& Material BOM).
-Update the shop with the revisions.
-manage and control a team of (Bu. sections) department by giving the practical assistants on the job and technical advice .
-Ensure good workmanship within my group and cleanliness and tidiness of my designated area.
- Monitor the drops in order to reuse it.
-Preparation, checking and loading of production shop other orders (UMRs& Parts Orders).
-Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance.
-Prepare painting procedures for the plant.
-Highlight any external work (sand Blast, Bending, Powder coating& hot dip galvanization process) in order to make PR.
