• Build new department of Artificial intelligence and Data Science applications and Natural language processing (NLP) from scratch (hire Machine learning engineers, design the architecture, data pipelines, Infrastructure environment and scalability (MLOps), ...).
• Develop the product roadmap and ideation for the AI products e.g. (NLU engine, Smart Agent Console, Fraud detection, Text Classification, Large language models integration (OpenAI GPT 4.0).
• Lead a team of Machine learning engineers (full stack), DevOps and Data Scientists to deliver AI services and applications.

• Restructure the teams, re-assigned each team member to the best fit role, started the solutions and architecture team.
• Lead Cairo Engineering teams (5 teams, 5 managers, +30 Engineers),
• Re-evaluate and fix all Cairo team salaries, calibrate and adjust all members below the market average.
• Enhancing the team Belonging, enhanced developers turn-over by almost 50%.
• Reviewed the Agile process across all countries (Egypt, Sweden, US), enhanced the automation from 20% to 50%, increase the number of frequent releases from one each 3 quarter to one release per month.

• Established new Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning department from scratch (Hiring Machine learning engineers, Design the Data architecture, Provision the infrastructure).
• Wearing multiple hats, Engineering manager, solutions architecture, Product manager and scrum master.
• Delivered 5+ successful products to the UAE market, i.e. Etisalat Smiles App, Etisalat UAE mobile app, Chatbot, Face recognition service, Channel automation with AI, recommender engine. and more.
