• Monitor and update the contractor executed civil works progress according to the approved baseline schedule and the look ahead and recovery plans.

• Lead all the inspection related to the drainage lines (including, trench preparation, pipe installation, backfilling an pipe testing's) as well as the concrete works of the manholes.
• Lead all the inspections related to the water/irrigation lines (including trench preparation, pipe installation, backfilling and hydro tests)
• Lead all the inspections related to the road works ( sub base, base course, wearing course)
ACHIEVEMENTS
• Install and test 1500 meters UPVC drainage pipeline long with 500 mm pipe diameter with RC manhole till 9 meters depth with cost 500, 000 LE belonged to Alexandria Construction Co.
• Install and test 1500 meters cast iron water supply pipeline long with 600 mm pipe diameter with RC valve chambers with cost 750, 000 LE belonged to same Co.
• Install and test 1200 meters cast iron irrigation pipeline long with 700 mm pipe diameter with RC valve chambers with cost 750, 000 LE.
• Construct 30 km long road with 7, 000, 000 LE belonged to same Co.
