The project: King Abdullah project for the development of security centers (KAP-1)

The project is for development the headquarters, it consists of 305 sites (19 prototypes), such as police stations, traffic division, forensic laboratories, drugs enforcement division, and others buildings.
My roles and responsibilities as senior mechanical engineer were being as the following:

• Supervision of install, operate all involved machine (filling, preparation tanks, print, shrink, boiler, air compressors, etc.), and auxiliary systems of this machines (water supply, compressed air, steam pipes, HVAC).
• Maintenance engineer (mechanical, electrical) of all component factory.

• Responsible of Sterile area (washing, filling and autoclave machines)
• Responsible of systems about sterile area (pure steam, HVAC, distillate water, N2, compressed air).
• Doing the Validation of machines (distiller, washing ampules, filling ampules and autoclave machines).

• Create schedules of preventive maintenance.
• Supervision of installation Aqua-Fina line (shrink, mold blowing, filling machines, conveyer, multi stage reciprocating air compressor).
