•Making production plans in accordance with the sales target.
•Coordinating with sales team in case of any delay for the planned production order and investigating the reason of the delay and working to solve it.
•Requesting the production materials from the raw-material Warehouse to the production line.
•Demanding the production materials from purchasing department for raw material warehouses considering their process lead time.
•Supervising Finished Product and Raw Material Warehouses.
•managing supervisors, officers and forklift drivers.
•Setting the warehouses targets and working with other departments to close open issues.
