ensure that production is done in accordance with production drawing and standard quality and complete on time and or as per the requirement of the project.report and discuss with projects operation manager any major issues regarding factory operation. attend the management meeting as called by the projects operation manager to discuss management issues.
ensure the factory, surrounding areas are clean, tidy and safe.control, properly instruct and take responsibility for all factory staffs and workers.Identify efficient ways in production and ensure production efficiency is at the highest levels
Manage production and installation to execute the Sales Contracts.
Managing of technical dept. and follow up all technical submittal to get the consultant’s approval.
