• Define VOC (voice of customer/customer requirements) and ensuring that these are met.
• Achievement high level of customer satisfaction and decrease customer complaints to be zero complaint.
• Fast response in handling customer complaints by investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive actions) according to action plans.

• Directing objectives to maximize profitability, cost reductions, waste elimination and increase efficiency.
• Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine compliance with quality standards and expectations of finished product.
• Identify and apply Lean six sigma methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
• Lead and manage Kaizen projects and KPI's.
• Develops company and products competition advantage to be on the Top and gain customer loyalty.

•Maintains and reports product conformance to specifications through inspection of raw material, work in process and finished goods inventories.
•Manage process improvements and change initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean concepts as an enabler and establish operational metrics/key indicators for process control, communication and on-going quality process improvements to achieve Quality excellence.
•Reports and tracks any significant deviations from quality standards.
•Recommends corrective /Preventive action as necessary to management to insure compliance to Quality requirements and goals.
•Create and maintain a system for production to be responsible for quality.
•Establishes and presents regular training for inspection and manufacturing employees on quality Issues such as TQM Training, Six Sigma and other workmanship related issues.
•Statically Process Control ( Cpk, Control Chart ) Gage R&R, FMEA And Control plan
•Scrap follow up and analysis and how to reduce it.

QSB (Quality System Basics Certification) by Pac Group &General Motors- Project team member.
•Preparation and implemntation of ISO/TS 16949 as a Quality System to be certified .
•Preparation and implemntation of OH&S 18001 to be certified .
•Preparation and implemntation of ISO 14001 to be certified .
•Plans coordinate & direct QC/QA program designed to ensure products consistent with quality standards.

• First must do checkup for all equipments in the lab.( pH meter, Balance, Water bath, Oven and Incubator ) and do Calibration
• Receive Raw milk trucks and after analysis say if it Ok or refused
• Follow up pH& Acidity for milk and cheese
• Follow up all production process and recorded analysis then tell production head shift
• After all production process make analysis for the final product
• Also if their any returned product from the market and make analysis for it to know what is the defect in formula
• Make the most important analysis for all received raw materials

• Determine Hardness of raw water of sit and suggest the suitable softener recommended
• Check up all filters and all pre filtration equipment
• Check up the boiler or cooling tower and make recommended chemically treatment
• Check up dosage of chemical pump and make sure it is Ok
• Open new sits and show our offers to taking water treatment
