• Conduct financial modeling (DCF, NAV, SVA, P/E, DDM) to reach fair value of company's share price, and define profitable chances based on potential markets and company's long-term strategies.
• Conduct profitability analysis such as (IRR, NPV, payback period) on all investment opportunities.
• Conduct independent research on, and fundamental analysis of quoted and unquoted companies for mergers, acquisition and investment purposes.
• Checking and performing the required due diligence, including financial and investment due diligence
• Informing investment committee on follow up transactions
• Build strong relationships with market representatives and provide specialized reports as requested.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates
• Working closely with sales & marketing teams and chief executives to be able to efficiently carry out their duties and develop and implement short- and long-term commercial business goals.
• Inform stakeholders on the progress of the company's investment portfolio statues, potential opportunities, risks and returns and submit recommendations to investment committee.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance and non-organizational accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.
• Developing business plans, and business cases for all projects, programs and new initiatives.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Develop and update department operation manual and ensuring implementation of all policies and procedures.
• Supporting the investment team on all matters related to research, investment evaluation and portfolio monitoring and assessment
• Processing new investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment, to competitive positioning, to preliminary valuation, to pitching deals internally
• Building financial models to support investment analysis, valuation, capitalization and structuring and performing ad-hoc analysis to support transaction negotiations
• Providing hands-on support to portfolio companies on various matters (i.e., reporting, financial and capital program analysis, budgeting)
• Performing company, country and industry research
• Assisting in editing of transaction documents, marketing materials and memorandums
• Evaluating exit opportunities for current portfolio
• Analyzing and executing investment and asset management strategies
• Developing, coordinating financial analyses, reports and presentations as well as financial and business diligence for M&A.

• Applying appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions.

• Analyzing and identifying data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking.
• Perform valuation of Companies for M&A and IPOs.
• Capital Structure Analysis for finding the ideal financing.
• Support and develop relationships with third parties
• Prepare investment opportunities under the Head of Investment Banking to the Investment Committee and Board of Directors
• Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
• Established track record of results and success in providing advice and consultation as well as sustaining and expanding client relationships
• Maintain master files of capital projects, track capital funding status, and assist in enhancement of management reporting

• Price loans, deposits and structures for customers, other departments of the bank and for inter-bank counter-parties to ensure competitive presence while maximizing profits.

• Supervise short term investment activity (term deposits) and FX hedging operations. Issue SBLC’s, LC’s and bank guarantees.
• Risk management: identifying, analyzing and mitigating against financial risks.
• Investing surplus funds and managing borrowed facilities.
• Investing in private equity locally and internationally in key markets and overlook on its settlements through our correspondent banks account statements.
• Research financial information of companies and identify markets trends for purpose of acquisitions and/or investments.
• Purchase in Islamic securities to maximize bank's portfolio profitability.
• Manage IPOs as underwriters by working closely with issuing body to determine the initial offering price of share, and sell shares to investors via our distribution network.
• Selling/purchasing of foreign currencies, setting FX rates, and preparing FX blotters.
• Ensuring to conduct all deals according to relevant investment regulations locally and internationally.
• Editing of 15 OSN network channels and ensuring that programming is within the compliance guidelines before it get broadcasted to Saudi Arabia.
• Guaranteeing an appropriate and pleasant viewing experience.
• Ensuring that all promotional content is included within the programming timeliness.
• Using Catone software for editing actions (Cut, Mute...etc.)
• Updating system with censoring actions for reference and repeated programs.
• Dealing with Ceased Accounts (Disconnected Accounts caused by overdue bills)
• Finding live Accounts linked to the Ceased ones under the same Customer name
• Informing customers/corporate clients via (telephone, e-mail, fax) about their dues
• Reaching the target (180, 000 AED per month)
• Preparing Reports of Collections at the end of the month
• Accounts Managing (Customers/Corporate clients)
• Verification of Inward Cheques by the ICCS System (Inward Technical)
• Faxing Referred Cheques to Branches
