Hassan Abul Company is a regional leader in the field of luxury building materials and high-end architecture products. Established in 1959, with solid footprints in Kuwait, UAE and Qatar, and over 1, 200 employees in the areas of building materials sales (Retail and Major Projects), interior design, manufacturing and construction.
Leading a team of HR, Administration, Government Affairs, and Local Purchase professionals, providing full HR operational and Business Partnership support for all the group business entities.
Faisal AL-Rashid Group is the owner of AL-Nasser which is a major retailer in the areas of sports fashion, sports equipment, apparel, footwear, and toys, with more than 50 stores across Kuwait and strong presence in KSA, Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Oman and Pakistan.
• Built a learning initiative and related internal marketing campaign to improve customers’ satisfaction through improving sales associates and customer service representatives’ interaction with stores customers.
• Designed an induction program for new starters and established 3 OJT academies within department stores to train new sales associates and customer service representatives as they join.
• Participated in building the organization’s JDs, Training Policy, and Competency Framework.
• Worked with business leaders in identifying strategic objectives and business trends to identify L&D needs.
• Identified strategic learning and development initiatives required to properly design and deliver related solutions.
• Participated in developing leadership succession plan.
Faisal AL-Rashid Group also owned a training center called UAC for Private Training Services where I acted as a Center Manager
• Developed many integrated learning solutions for corporate clients utilizing a variety of personality and technical assessment tools, skill dictionaries, skills gap analysis techniques, knowledge and technology vendors and SME panels, different learning styles and training ROI calculation approaches.
• Built winning financial and technical bids/proposals in response to major IT staff outsourcing tenders’ RFPs and managed related contracts from signature to closure.
• Acquiring and maintaining partnerships with major knowledge and technology vendors.
• Delivering training programs in areas of project management, Microsoft Project and Project Server.
