Act as Technical Office Manager, Marassi, North Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the design and construction team of project.
- Effectively communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule, design requirements and project specification.
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
- Review subcontractors' invoices.
- Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments.
- Preparing technical and material submittals.
- Attending technical meeting with the consultant and the client as a contractor representative to highlight the technical/design issues.
- Highlight the commercial issues to the commercial/ contract team as a result of any change made by The Engineer.
To coordinate Design information from the Consultants/Specialist Contractors drawings and assist in the preparation of Workshop drawings. Responsible for checking Sub-Contractor and Sub-Consultant drawings for completeness in terms of x referencing, layering of drawings in accordance with the design team’s standards. Responsible for the supervision of preparation and revising Workshop drawings following design information from the Consultant or Specialist Sub-Contractors. Collate information from related Arch/ Structure/ MEP consultant's drawings/ RFI responses and incorporate them into our workshop drawings. Raise RFI’s / highlighting areas left uncoordinated by the Consultants/ Sub contractors.
1. Shop Drawing for GRC work, fabrication drawing, site drawing and quantity Surveying.
2. Site work (Not Basic)
BSc in urban and regional planning, Urban planning department. Graduation Project: The planning of service center in Al-Omyed protectress considering the overall development strategy of the north-western coast.
