• Recording of current transactions (purchases, sales, general expenses), preparation of accounting entries, verification of account balances.
• Bank statement reconciliation, cash flow tracking, transfer and payment management.
• Preparation of the accounting balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports necessary for the management of the company.
• Records daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments and collections.
• Recording of transactions in accounting journals, such as purchase journal, sales journal, and cash journal.
• Reconciliation of bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy of balances.
• Cash flow monitoring, liquidity needs forecasting and bank account management
• Manage transactions with clients in cash records.
• Scan the goods and make sure the prices are accurate.
• Collect payments in cash or credit.
• Receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift wrapping packages.
• Keep track of all cash and credit transactions.
