1. Lead or co-lead implementation of a Behavioral Observation System program and other culture change initiatives.
2. Provide SHE expertise to evaluate and support all contract manufacturers and co-branding licensees required per agreement or contract.
3. Work with GPS and Hub leads to ensure implementation of SHE Management System is suitable, adequate and effective to promote continuous improvement in SHE performance.
4. Develop and manage SHE labour, expense and professional services budgets, including training programs to promote staff professional development.
5. Obtain and comply with all facility required Health /Safety /Environmental permits. Lead / coordinate negotiations with regulatory agencies on permit conditions.
6. Ensure compliance with all local, state and country SHE regulations.
Support Global Public Affairs and Communications initiatives to revise proposed regulations if / as needed. Monitor other trends (e, g, NGO initiatives) that could affect company operations.
7. Align with Site Director/Manager and Regional SHE Manager on priorities, objectives, strategies and KPIs and cascade them into your direct report PMP.
8. Provide SHE expertise in response to GIA and other external audits and inspections.
Be a member of the Regional Hub Manufacturing Steering Committee, providing proactive input and adding value with regards to SHE.
9. Embed safety mindset into the plant Lean pillars, co-partnering with other managers strengthen the safety culture and transform from management to employee-led safety programs.
10. Co-lead with function managers the integration and embedding of safe behaviors and mindsets into Lean transformation activities, manufacturing, operations, warehouses and offices.
11. Coach Teams and other leaders to help broaden the culture of safety in their own organizations.

Participate in the eradication of Incidents and non-conformity through effective investigations and CAPA.

1. Reduce the TAR on site.
2. Create and implement a program for monitoring the unsafe behavior and action done on site.
3. Provide SHE expertise to evaluate and support all contract manufacturers.
4. Ensure compliance with all local, state and country SHE regulations.
5. Align with Leadership team and plant Manager on priorities, objectives, strategies and KPIs.
6. Coach Teams and other leaders to help broaden the culture of safety in their own organizations.
7. Must make daily walk around.
8. Participate in the eradication of Incidents and non-conformity through effective investigations and CAPA.
9. Sustain and ensure SHE Management System is effective to promote continuous improvement in SHE performance in area of responsibility
10. Must know, comply with, train and coach the seven absolutes.
11. Comply with Henkel Corporate standards on site.
12. Comply with sustainability target in (Water, Energy, Waste) & initiate effective program to make significant improvement on site.
13. Support regional team in implementing and improving the Henkel regulations on site.
14. Achieve the certification (14001, 45001, 50001) on site.
15. Lead & support in any Internal or External Audit.
