-Standardize batch processing for reducing non conformances due to processing and to get batches with least
defects.
-Ensure the Q.C laboratory are organized and developed in order to meet the company’s standard.
- Redesign processes that improve product quality, reduce operating costs, improve safety or protect the environment

-Plan and maintain the production schedule by monitoring and analysing demand, maintaining stocking levels of finished goods and co-ordinating with other functions to able to support and meet all customer requirements at the requierd time.
- Produce statistical analysis on production side, interpret and where necessary review parameters in company system to ensure that production demands are met.
- Supervising line operations, distributing and monitoring work orders according to requirements of production plan and process guideline to ensure a smooth running of the Production.
-Supervise and control operators to operate the machinery by following the procedures / instructions and cooperate with maintenance team to ensure that the machinery is maintained and proper handling / repaired.
Ensure the QC laboratory are organized and developed in order to meet the company’s standard. Secure that the quality of local raw materials, semi finished products and finished goods are within specifications.
- Lab chemist in the R&D lab evaluating the most suitable alternative raw materials.
- Worked in the color lab to set up data base by creating color formulations for the multicolor tinting system for automotive paints.
Worked as technical support chemist for the modern wood coating systems like ( Polyester - Polyurethane & ...) and as technical advisor in the coating area of furniture factories.
