• Revenue generation of over $4 Mil within the 1st 2 years of startup
• Ongoing awarded contracts with Major multinational oil companies (Shell GTL, Oryx GTL, and QCHEM -CPQCHEM JV)
• Penetration of Qatari Market and building market share of 35% year on year for industrial safety services

• Participated in Mobilizing and managing 4 successful shutdowns in 2014/2015.

• Instrumental in startup office and setup of legal entity in Qatar.

Responsibilities: Managing client relations in Qatar and Oman and supporting the territory VP in achieving annual sales targets and territory objectives.

• Identifying the fastest way to market in Qatar and Oman through continuous client relationship building and management.
• Defining strengths of the company versus the competition and validating opportunities for the territory VP to engage in.
• Increasing sales leads in Oman by 60% and building leads in Qatar for a new market entry.
Responsibilities: Identifying new business leads from project owners, consultants and contractors in various sectors either corporate or governmental. Reporting to sales manager to identify the production capacity and product focus with customer. Coordinating with other sister companies (Energya Steel) for joint projects to tackle.
Major achievements include:
• Increasing sales funnel by 45% through lead identification and confirmation on existing projects with sister companies.
• Leading in building new relationships with multinational companies and establishing new key contractor accounts on annual agreement basis.
• Led quarterly forecasting with sales team to identify gaps in annual revenue projections.
Responsibilities: Managing & controlling all the business processes and reviewing employees’ performance at regular intervals. Ensuring quality production expenditure control, while managing inventory and logistical operations. Planning related policies and warranting their implementation with regards to operations. Reviewing all the income and expenditure of the company and determining what is required further for the company to excel in its operations.

• Instrumental in negotiating concession location with local government
• Building company base in concession area and managing operational teams from startup to routine daily operations
• Achieving daily production quotas and insuring delivery to client locations
Responsibilities: Promoting and selling SIS software, CIT solutions and services to Schlumberger clients in the upstream domain within Egypt to best suit the exploration and production requirements of Schlumberger’s clients.

• Meeting on target objectives through identification of new clients
• Conversion of competitor accounts through consultative sales techniques to increase foot print in country
Responsibilities: Middle East Region Business Development, operations supervision, building and managing teams in country. Establishing Company operations in Iraq & Syria and expanding both corporate and governmental relationships and cooperation strategies.

• Setup of legal entity in Iraq and building a client base to sustain operations in country
