• Responsible for online Trade through platforms and social media channels
• Online store setup, content creation, data analysis, marketing, usage of in platform tools, order management, and fulfillment.
• Product Listing and Optimization create and manage product listings on
Amazon, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and
keywords to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
• Competitor Analysis analyze competitors' products, pricing, and strategies
to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
• Manage the online sales operation, order tracking & fulfillment including
stock control, delivery to customer
Responsible for the Out for Delivery (OFD) Planning, working on translating the
GMV to NMV, and working on team performance addressing all challenges:
• Run the Out for Delivery plan on daily basis
• Consolidate daily orders and upload them to Locus to have the cars route
• Align with the Fulfillment team to make sure orders are prepared
• Align with the Fleet Team to make sure the needed fleet numbers are available
• Send previous day data to the Fulfillment Team to make sure it is done on ground
• Follow up on the dispatch plan
• Track monthly plan achievements and challenges
• Analysis performance challenges and propose solutions
• Update Courier Scorecards and daily reports such as performance
dashboard, delivery success rate, and team attendance
• Track orders status and check undeliverable reasons with the couriers and reports
• Ensure that all couriers submitted the collected amounts
• Track double runs' incentive and validate the partial run deliveries
• Identify the partial run delivers route causes and propose solutions
• Track customer’s complaints
• Follow up on the deficit sheet, review deficit reasons and solve them
• Work with Training and Development team to ensure proper team training
• preparation dispatch plan and share with the operations team within the deadline
• Review the team attendance and ensure that the needed manpower is available
• Ensure that the couriers are out with the orders on time
• Address any couriers’ problems
• sent the delayed and failed orders report, analyze the reasons, suggest solutions
• Update the deficit sheet and analyze the deficit reasons
• Update the couriers’ scorecards
• Ensure that the Couriers are following the delivery plan and processes
• Review the audit sheet and handle the cases according to the customers and the
Quality Team feedback.
