• Studies and preparation of all financial and economic research and initial feasibility studies that are mandated by the Vice President for Planning and Business Development in order to meet the needs of enterprises and investment operations, which the company aims to invest in and assist the management of the company's decision.
• Preparation of studies and research necessary for companies and channels of competition as well as companies that have a similar activity and participation in the assessment of marketing opportunities and potential markets and target to support the development of the company's competitive position and economic.

• Find new business opportunities between the companies and sectors related to the media sector and conduct the necessary studies to submit proposals about how best to invest in those companies (mergers and acquisition) in order to achieve optimum use of available resources.

• Constantly conducted market research to identify threats and opportunities in the industry related to; interest rate, inflation, regulations and competitors activities.
• Liaising with personnel across departments with diverse technical and professional profiles to develop an e-business module.
• Assists in development & implementation of key performance indicators.

• Participating in auditing the production plans of the channels’ programs and compiling a brief presentation for the phases of preparing the programming grids and time schedules necessary for completing each phase.

• Compiling planning budget on the level of each branch of the Islamic Chamber for the year 2009 (Cairo - Jeddah - Karachi), besides the Chamber’s consolidated budget.
• Compiling and laying out the electronic sheet of commitments for the purpose of registering the disbursements, journal entries and linking them electronically with the estimates enlisted in the budget for controlling the disbursements and abiding with the plan developed and avoiding any variances.
• Compiling the analytical financial data for the Islamic chamber and participation in developing and auditing the chamber’s accounts in (Cairo-Jeddah-Karachi) since the outset of activity in 2005 until June 30, 2008.
• Taking part in developing the suggestions related to the accounts restructure.
• Participating in proposing amendments and giving the most important observations on the statute of the Chamber and Business Owners Federation.
• Participating in preparing the initial scenario on business opportunities that might by undertaken for purposes of supervising the financial and administrative affairs according to the instructions of the Supervisor of Finance and Administration Affairs.
• Auditing disbursement prior to the disbursement transaction according to the rules and controls set forth in the financial regulations of the Islamic Chamber and conducting an audit on the journal entries prepared by the Chamber Financial Employees in the Chamber according to the generally accepted accounting norms and principles.

• Participating with the teamwork in conducting auditing and inspection over the subsidiaries affiliated to the Media sector. In addition, taking part in checking the auditing reports compiled by the auditors and giving the professional observation prior to submission to the Director-General of Auditing and Inspection.
• Participating in the auditing processes on MultiChoice Company and ADD Company in Jebel Ali in UAE-Dubai.
• Participating in the auditing process on the electronic systems adopted for the subscription system in both DSE and CNE Companies and proposing suggestions for the possibility to link both.
• Participating in the auditing and inspection plan on the Media Company and its subsidiaries according to the prior instructions of the Director-General of Auditing and Inspection.

• Taking part with the budgeting committee in auditing, examining and analyzing the planning budgets for the company and its subsidiaries and preparing their summary.
• Participating in putting the rules for preparing budgets in the Arab Media Corporation & its subsidiaries, and underscoring the imperative need for an independent department for budgeting and controlling.
• Participating in establishing and devising the policies and procedures for the actions taken by budgeting committee and developing performance measuring criteria.
• Developing the Schematic and Planning Budgets to AMC, and taking part in preparing the reports on performance evaluation, deviations analysis, calculating the relevant financial ratios, and analyzing the actual data as against the estimate budgets
• Keeping books of ART-Arabesque - Algeria & preparing its relevant financial position.

• Reviewing all subscriptions and reconciliation them with what to be introduced to the customers Introducing the subscriptions as soon as collecting the customers’ monthly

• Preparing the documentary cycle and the document flow while recording and preparing the accounting guide for accounts and the accounts division according to the present activity.
• Preparing the entry reporting processor and the settlement necessary for accounts to extract the right and the actual balance of the accounts according to the accounting rules.
• Preparing finance and accounting reports necessary to high management and company tasks through the finance and accounting analysis of the accounts and what related to them.
• Preparing general revision of the budget of the month regarding the accounts and the by - balances with all their analysis.
• Registering all the accounts, and processors then forwarding them to the American journal and then to the Ledger.
• Preparing bank settlement note according to the revision ofا the bank statement and registering it in the bank register including credit notes, deductions, deposits and transfer.
• Preparing the company general budget, the financial lists, profits and loss accounts and the trading accounts.
• Preparing the cash flow list to determine deficit or surplus of the net cash flow through reconciling the input and the output cash flows coming from the operating, investing and financing activities.
• Designing and preparing the above mentioned manually and computerizing all these reports and accounts using Excel. Designing and performing the equations necessary to bind all these reports.
• Designing and carrying out commission programs for salesmen, supervisors and heads of the departments using the computer. These facilitate the commission determination and its division on the categories deserving it.
• Preparing the documentary cycle of the Dutch accounting program BAAN. Designing the accounts as input so that they could be operated using the program. Extracting all the necessary reports.

• Do all the accounting procedures with the customer using the computer system and user related purchases in cash or in installments (Edit installment contracts and recorded on the system - Edit the bills and checks - the organization of work of the department contracts ... etc.)
