• Provide coaching on technical and managerial issues, nurture strong performers on the technical ladder
• Function as key contact on teams related to quality, management of change, or others
• Suggest training tools to enhance employee performance and skill development.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Managing The R&D Team & Supervising their Projects Progress as well as providing the Technical Assistants & Design Strategy
2. Design, develop and assist in implementing new local equipment and solutions in accordance with the Saudi market needs.
3. Maintain and carry-out the product evolution process, by running: product modification, cost reduction and technical optimization for different equipment ranges to maintain offer competitiveness.
4. Interact with different operations functions to detect, trouble-shoot and solve technical problems related to the managed offer range to optimize industrial cycle and improve lead time. As well as increase offer effectiveness (cost, quality and lead time)
5. Supports building a strong technical background in the organization about existing offer range to be able to continuously support and backup all functions.
6. Maintain an up-to-date strong knowledge base related to international norms, standards and design tools.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manages and supervises the whole design, development, and communication of planning activities that ensure Progress competitiveness for the Company in the Given Project.
2. Directs and coordinates formulation, monitoring, and presentation of budgets for controlling funds to implement program objectives of organization.
3. Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control.

5. Preparing Construction / Procurement Weekly Progress, Preparing Weekly Accessible E/M Work Report (Leading The Site).
6. Preparing Monthly Settlements for Sub-Contractors & Budget for Main Contractor (Cost Control).

5. Share in the responsibility for product technical file transfer from the development party to REU’s and partners including technical support through SAP.
