Participate in establishing the new plant.
Identify and resolve root causes of electrical equipment’s malfunction.
Supervise electricians work and provide all required electrical technical support.
Do Preventive maintenance in a manufacturing set up.
Coordinate with production department to handle Maintenance / Operation load.
Make necessary Design/Modification for proper plant operation ( attached )
Install and start up new machines/equipments and ensure compliance to design requirements.
Review technical details of Local and Foreign Purchasing of spare parts according to standard requirements.
Ensured adherence to all Safety precautions and procedures (Certificate of Appreciation Award by OC HSE Director, 2013)
IT Technical support as a Network Administrator (PC’S Software & Hardware-LAN -WAN - network printers-network cameras- routers - switches ……).
o Electrical shift engineer (maintenance, Trouble shooting, repairs).
o Attended Startup & commissioning of 11 KV Switchgear (ABB), MV/LV.
o Attended Power Transformers Factory tests.
o Performed Installations and erections jobs in plant renovation project.
o Good knowledge of control systems ( AC, DC drives and PLC )
