Reporting to the Managing Director

• Work with Project Managers to plan, organize and oversee projects implementation to make sure to deliver the project as per scope and as per plan.
• Initiate and maintain coordination with business units other contacts relating to projects for any disagreement or dispute in order to resolve problems for benefits of both parties.
• Work in coordination with Commercial Department to make sure that agreed terms and condition of projects are translated to contracts that are acceptable to both ALJ and contractors.
• Monitor and control projects development and approves payment certificate and make sure that payments will not exceed to project budget.
• Monitor and control project and approves justified variation orders.
• Update regularly the projects development report as per required
