- Manage all phases of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, selection, preparing job offer, hiring and orientation for new employees.
- Manage the advertising through our company website or any other job sites (Bayt, ... etc).
- Managing and updating of the manpower planning processes continuously in collaboration with heads of departments.
- Handling all the process regarding the mobilization / Demobilization.
- Formulation and creation of the job descriptions and job specifications for the new jobs and reviewing and updating the current models.
- Preparation and submission weekly, monthly & yearly reports on all matters related to recruitment activities and any others reports as per the recruitment manager request.
- Maintain all the recruitment process using the Success factor system (Candidate pipeline management).
- Maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers and act as a consultant to their recruiting needs.
- Ensured compliance with national manpower requirements, including developing and implementing strategies to increase the number of Kuwaiti national employees, and tracking progress against targets.
- Dealing with the manpower agencies, and full arrangement for Business trips with all formalities and participate in overseas recruitment trips and agencies to fill the requirements (India, Philippines, Egypt, Nepal, ..., etc).
- To participate in designing, managing & implementing talent recruitment process & policies hat align with the strategic goals of the Company.
- Induction & Orientation: Taking care of employee induction process and explaining the employee about the policies and procedures of company in every detail.
- Annual Performance Appraisal.
- Explaining HR policies, procedures, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges and local societies for participation in events and career fairs.
- To perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
